Regular followers will know I always have a bit of crazy fun-with-food on New Years Eve, in the form of a buffet table which forms the first round of a quiz.
This year our theme was Europe, and everyone came dressed on theme. We had everything from a slice of pizza to Conchita Wurst, with lederhosen and gillet jaunes in between!
So here’s the first round of the quiz. Which European places are represented by these food items?!
The average score for our (admittedly slightly tipsy) teams was 26.75 out of 29 with one team scoring an impressive 28.5! Can you beat them?

21. A sugar rosary, candy cigarettes, tiny bottles of DRINK….name the fictional place!

28 and 29. Sort-of willow pattern plates…these represent two cities. Look closely…
So, that’s it: 29 European locations in buffet table form!! How many can you get? Clue: NONE are in the UK, Europe is defined geographically rather than politically, and one place is represented twice.

A boris johnson Pinata, of course. It’s filled with chocolate money: £350 million for the NHS to be precise. We used a french stick to bash him.
